Eligibility Criteria for 200 Hour Yoga TTC

Prior experience – good to have but not a mandatory requirement for the 200 hour yoga teacher training course.

Course delivery language – English

Expectation – proficiency in verbal and written communication to be able to follow the instructions

Age – 18 years or more. There is no upper age limit as long as the student is physically fit and mentally sound.

1. What are the prerequisites for joining a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course?

Basic familiarity with yoga practices is recommended, though beginners are also welcomed. It's essential to have a commitment to learning and personal growth.

2. Can I teach yoga internationally after completing the 200-hour YTT?

Yes, most 200-hour YTT courses are internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance, which allows you to register as a RYT-200 and teach yoga worldwide.

3. Can a beginner become a yoga teacher?
Yes, very much so. The first step in the direction of becoming a Yoga Teacher is to complete 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). For this, you don't need any prior yoga experience.

Common styles include Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. We offer multi-style courses that cover a broader range of yoga styles

2. How do I register with Yoga Alliance after completing the course?

After graduation, you can register online with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) using your certificate.

A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.

The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. But, it can be adjusted in future whenever you plan to do TTC

The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.

Muktya reserves the right to cancel the yoga TTC Program in case of any unforeseen situations. In any case, Muktya will be in touch with you regarding your booking.

 

RULES FOR STUDENTS

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.

Clear your books of account before departure from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.
